  • Nangilima Sailing in Greece

    18th - 25th of October

    Together with Nangilima Sailing we will travel through the greek archipelago. Various classes will be offered during the week from Vinyasa style classes to Yoga therapy. Always with the aim to connect deeper with yourself.

    The Yoga Therapy festival at Örbyhus, North of Stockholm is celebrating 5 years. This festival offers sessions, lectures and classes in a beautiful setting.

    I will participate in the festival to offer FREE Yoga Therapy Sessions.

Who am I

My journey into yoga therapy began with my own struggle with physical pain. What started as a search for personal healing soon grew into a longing to share the knowledge and help others reconnect with their bodies and inner truth.

Although I didn’t set out to become a yoga therapist, each step of the way has deepened my commitment to this path. Today, I’m here to guide you on your own journey of self-discovery, helping you find inner strength, peace, and healing through yoga therapy.

What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga therapy is a personalized approach to healing that uses yoga techniques to address physical, mental, and emotional challenges. Unlike regular yoga classes, it tailors postures, breathwork, and meditation to your specific needs.

In a one-on-one session with a certified yoga therapist, you’ll receive customized practices to help manage pain, reduce stress, and promote healing. Yoga therapy empowers you to take an active role in your well-being, helping you build strength, balance, and inner peace.
